So, with the new format fast approaching I've been brainstorming deck ideas and this is one that I thought had potential.  It basically runs on the premise that you will be able to bleeds every turn by using these cards:
Westeros Bleeds
Open Market
Summer Birdy
This way you can determine every dominance phase whether or not you want to wipe the board, and hopefully stabilize this way.  But, with Jaqen banned it was hard to come up with a character engine that wouldn't get killed and the best possible combination right now would be these:
Disgruntled Mercenary
Khal Drogo (the ITE one is going to be re-printed in the core set)
Queen's Knight
The intent with these is to play a Queen's Knight with a clear board, win a challenge, stick Drogo in play, returning the Queen's Knight, and then win another challenge with Drogo before he is returned to your hand.  The mercenary isn't great but with the limited cardpool he is acceptable, other characters I considered were:
The Titan's &*(((
Viserys Targrayen
Rhaegar Targrayen
I have concerns about all of these but they definitely are worth a shot.  Another problem that one may run into is an inability to weather the storm before you can stabilize, so a hefty removal package is necessary, thus you need to splash some out of house cards, but this is what I came up with:

Milk of the Poppy
Too Proud to Bow (I don't know if enough neutrals will be run to justify this)
Forever Burning
Flame Kissed
Poisoned Wine
Bones of a  Child (not removal, but seems good)
The location selection is meager at best, and influence is hard to come by and I sincerely hope that this will be remedied with future chapter packs so we won't have location packages that look like this:
