I figured you'd say that.

This game is awesome.  It really wasn't what I was expecting, though.  I haven't played that many CCGs, but this didn't really feel like a CCG at all to me.  Maybe if you had a lot more unique cards.

We got in 5 games, and it wasn't until the 5th game that it finally clicked for me and I really began to enjoy it.  Before that point, the game seems fun, but a little flat.  So if you give it a try, I suggest you play a few games before you start to judge it.

It had quite a rhythm to it that was almost soothing.  This is going to sound really weird, but putting mechanics completely aside, I would almost describe it as a gamer's Coloretto.  Just something about the pacing, and the sort of vague idea you have about choices made me feel the same way.

Anyway, it's certainly unique and addictive.  I really think it ought to be in any gamer's collection.

So did you buy it at $5 bucks off?

Yeah, but you said that about Agricola!  Razz

I kid. I know a lot of people like that, obviously.

Ha,I really like it, but I'm a little surprised it has such huge amounts of hype.  It doesn't seem like it would have as universal of appeal as a game like Agricola.  It took me 5 plays to just begin to see the game for what it is.

There's just something about the game.  It's kind of relaxing.

Oh yeah, you better like shuffling... Shocked

I bet the cards were just laced with some form of gamer LSD.  I think it's called new game smell.

That's what all those plastic baggies are for.
