OK, here's my suggestions (get ready attachments!!!)
Cut- 1 selfless scoundral (I want more utility) 1 Cape Kraken (I don't know it does enough for you to win) 2 In Eddards Name (Wow, an attachment) 1 First Ranger (I've never gotten this to work but I could be wrong here) 1 Risen from the Cold (play 2nd Winter's Touch Returned instead) Add- 3rd Barracks (I've got one to borrow) 2 Location Destruction (High Tide?) 2 Recursion (Storm's End + Winterfell Tutor=Draw/Toolboxing) Plots- Look pretty solid. Nothing crazy except the Battle of Blackwater which is superhot. I might consider another Battle plot and add Favorable Ground. I like the immune to events attachments if I'm not running the rare CAtlyn (which I think you would want to.) If you run 5-King's Catlyn you can transition your deck to kill, kill and more kill. Warm Like Rain plus your high claim become a beating. I'd look at making that change. That also changes your sideboard cards which gives you more options. Also, here's another AGenda deck.
