Strangely, Gygax's death struck me in a way I didn't expect. Maybe it's just because he seems like a lot of people that I know, especially the "old-guard" gamers who've been playing since the beginning.
Perhaps its because he's responsible for essentially everything I enjoy in my life with regards to gaming in either a direct or indirect way. -Peter |
