Prep for season 4So I think that if we have more than 8 people for the next season of Mighty Empires, I will split the league in half and have two different map campaigns. Also please respond to this if you want to play next season. New players are welcome, so ask around, or suggest this to friends if you think they would make a good fit for our league.

I would like to play next season, but I am concerned about splitting into two groups. One of the things I like is being able to challenge people I would like to play, and there is a good chance many of them would end up in the other group. Plus there are the people who I didn't get to play this year, and what about revenge? If say Pete is in the other group how will I get a chance to thrash him? Sorry Pete, I am still smarting from that first lose.

One way to address this is to just have the two maps and allow cross challenges. You could say that if you cross challenge you have to spend either your event or you get one less empire point, to a minimum of one.

So after some thought, I've decided to keep everyone together on the same map again. Mostly so I would not go insane trying to keep track of two different leagues at the same time.
Here is the player/Army list that I have so far.
Steve Groom: Wood Elves
Nate: Beasts of Chaos
Pete: Orks and Goblins
Jason: Vampire Counts
Chris Kaufman: Lizardmen
Chris Cloud: Tomb Kings
Bryan: Dark Elves
Noel: Scaven
Steve Drop: Wood Elves
Harrison: maybe Empire, maybe Bretonians
