New Heavy 'Jack plastic kits?Just saw on the PP site, a new Heavy Jack for the 4 main Warmachine factions, so I looked closer. These new Jacks are multi-part plastic kits that can be made into multiple 'jacks. For instance, the new Corruptor for Cryx can make that, or a Slayer, or a Reaper. The new 'Jacks themselves are pretty cool looking, so I'm looking forward to playing with some plastic bit goodness =]

As someone more familiar with Games Workshop plastic kits, I was pleasantly surprised by the Privateer Press Kits. First, the plastic seems to be more dense than what GW uses, this makes the models a little bit more heavy than you might first realize. Second, the plastic itself can't be glued by styrene cement (model glue), you need to use superglue. Third, the kits are not on sprues. The pieces are bagged, and excess sprue is recycled by Privateer Press into other models. This also means that the packaging size has increased, saving money for the company and making this game a little bit more environmentally friendly.
The Retribution Myrmidons are fairly different from one another, but the Prime Faction 'jacks look to be very easy to modularize.
