So what Kotei Tournaments does everyone plan on attending? Andy, Eric, and Myself I know are going to:

For Sure:
Green Bay, WI - March 1
South Sioux City, NE - April 26
Collinsville, IL - May 31

Possibly:
Thunder Bay, Canada - June 14

If anyone wants to attend one of the ones we are going to we do have space for a 4th in the car. If lots of us go maybe we could rent a van or something. Also I believe we will be getting a Hotel at the NE and IL Kotei, so if anyone wants to get in on that let me know as well.

Tim is a Flake. If I can get someone who is guaranteed to want to go, I would rather have them. I'll give him the option but I wont count on it.

Shawn, Dan, Liz, and I are definitely hitting the NE one. I might make to the IL Kotei, since I'll be out of school by then. Sort of depends on what job I get/money situation at the time. Can't speak for the others, though.

Well maybe someone should look into renting or borrowing a van for Nebraska then and we can all ride together. Would definitely save on gas. Have you guys reserved your rooms yet. We could potential do that together as well to save money.

Call me a wuss, but I tend to not mind carpooling, though it is only about a 4-5 hour drive, so gas isn't that much. Tank will get me there and back again (hrmmmm I should title a book that.... There and Back Again... catchy).

As for the room sharing thing... I'm a spoiled sport, literally. I like my comfort and staying in a room with 5-9 people is not my idea of comfort Laughing

Seth and I are planning on splitting costs and getting a double... he pays one night and I the other. Makes for more sleep at half the cost.

I know, I'm just a big ole spoiled brat. But at 36 and thus the old man of our group... I reserve the right to be. (Damn kids.... get off my Lawn!!!)

Liz and I actually haven't decided for sure if we're going yet. I assumed we would just drive ourselves, but we may be down for car pooling. Room sharing? Probably not Smile

Thats cool, does anyone have a access to a mini-van or something? My car can easily fit 5 people, the back seat is rather big, but you'd still have to like each other.
