Duel Night? Thursday, Oct. 30th?Anyone up for trying some 350 point Duels next Thursday? Just a Warcaster/Warlock and Jacks/Warbeasts? Not sure if we want to do say mini tournament style or just a show up and play kind of thing, but seems like it could be fun?

I am free that whole day, so yeah.
In addition, I'll bring all my Box sets with, if anyone wants to try out a faction that I own.
I have:
Cygnar
Protectorate
Khador
Mercenary (Magnus)
Mercenary (Gorten Grundback)
Trollbloods
Circle
Legion

i'd like to try protectorate and maybe legion if you'll show me how to play Hordes. I also want to try out my Shadow Guard of Umbrey Khador crew =]

I'll bring all my battle boxes, including Hordes. I'll be at the store around opening, if anyone wants to show up early. Duels are a lot of fun and we should be able to burn through several games apiece before the night is over.

Got a question maybe some of you can weigh in on. For Deuls, would it be expected to exclude character or special jacks? Like Cankerworm or Ol' Rowdy or Deathjack? When I was putting my list together it occured to me that they may be something to avoid. What do people think?

The only requirement for duels is Warcasters/Warlocks and Warjacks/Warbeasts. There is no restriction for Character Warjacks, other than their field allowance. You could field the Deathjack, but beware of disruption, as you won't have a lot of living models to give you soul tokens or any friendly warrior models to sacrifice to it.

Fortunately I don't have a DJ yet lol So that won't be a problem. Maybe I can give the Cankerworm a try next week when I get it painted up.

We had an awesome turn out for Duel Night. We had 6 players and a lot of fun, including a 3 on 3 mangled metal match. Thanks to everyone who played, and I hope that Chris and Bill can show up to the next one.
