What would it take?

So far the L5R community has been doing this on your own (mad props to you by the way!) What can we do as a store. Reasonably the only thing I can think of is a day of L5R, ya know, ninjas vs samuri vs courtesans theme event where we pseudo dress-up and run demos.

Secondly, I want to thank you guys (and gals) for supporting the game you love. If you keep working at it so will we!

Okay, I did a huge favor for all in this one, myself included.

I signed up for my initial account with Lion, which is already on the site. I added another for Scorpion as I'm going to give them a go and set the Unis to the side. I then added two more for Lion myself to put the Lion up to three, and our store total up to 11.

Now, that should get Jerod $20 off the next pre-release event he holds. We should get a Lion clan banner for the store,

1 more and we hit the level four, which will get us 2 full sets of Full Bleed strongholds for each clan.

4 more and we get level 5, which will get us a singles binder for the store and 54 free random SL rares.

I know everyone got a $15 free gift certificate from AEG. That makes a second IA account only $15. If four of you use them that knocks us up over the level 5 mark and we get even more stuff for the store. So, let's dig deep

Now on a side note, I'm not getting greedy or anything, so please don't get me wrong, I'm just trying to make sure what is supposed to happen by the Dojo Days program happens. Correct me if I'm wrong, but with 3 Lions now (well... me x 3) they'll be shipping us 3 full bleed of each of the Lion SH, Yoshino, and other bonus cards (3 x each alt art rings and 3 playsets of alt art Desperate Wagers I believe) that should specifically go to the Lion IA members (them being me) who signed up through the store, correct? This also means we should get 3 Lion clan of the month packs for the Lion players who signed up as well when they come out, correct?

Seth, you'll know how this is supposed to work better than me, so fill me on this if you would please? (and Jerod as I'm sure he'll want to be sure of this as well)

Hey don't forget to put different names on each of your Herald memberships or you can't get them assigned to the same store.

Different Names as in person's name or different email addresses?

By that question I mean:

Does the name associated with the account (Shawn Whittington) need to be different, or does the login name (email account) need to be different. If it is the latter I've allready done that when I signed up, if it's the former someone needs to tell me how to do that without having to make up fake names which will cause credit card and mailing issues.

I think the name and email need to be different. When I did mine I just set up a new AEG store account where the mailing address was at my address but with a different name. Then i set up the billing address to be me. They don't care who pays for it as long as the person receiving the IA membership isn't the same as someone who already has it in that store.

You may be able to get away with it by just changing the name on the IA account after they send you your password. I am not sure though.

Indeed...also, the store should be getting a Lion, Unicorn, and Crab banner to hang up, which will hopefully help attract some new players. I've never actually seen the banners, but I assume they are cool.
