There are still too many 2x cards in here, but I haven't quite figured out what to drop and what to keep. I was pretty happy with how it ran, especially out of RotD, which I just switched to. Bowing is still a big problem for me, but other than that, I think I have a pretty good shot against most military and honor-runners. It's still a little slow, as I found out against Andy's Phoenix, but the 2x Desperate are supposed to help with that. I still need Brute Force, but that's the only thing that I'll be adding before Kotei season, I believe.
The gold scheme works surprisingly well, even after I took out A New Wall. I'll probably switch out Haruko for someone else, but I'm not sure about that yet. Unicorn is probably my hardest match-up, so if you have any advice, I'd be happy to hear it.

How well does Versatile Army work for you? Since you can only get cavalry from Seiden Sanzo your gonna have to pay for it most of the time.

I really like Versatile Army, and I rarely have a problem paying for it. So far, it has either been when I'm on the attack or so late in the game that I have the extra gold. I basically just have to plan my turn around it, which sort of telegraphs to my opponent, but not completely as there are plenty of other cards I might leave Private Trader (for example) unbowed for.
Bowing really hurts this deck, so having another option to unbow is nice, especially since I can use it to bow when need be. I started out thinking I wouldn't run this card, but I'm really starting to see how good it is to have both options, even if it costs some gold. I need to play test some more, but so far, it's been a really solid card.

Have you thought about running Ring of Air?

Are the Famous Bazaar's doing it for you? I would run a third waystation and a second village before running them. Your fate deck is so expensive that getting an early waystation would really help. If I'm counting right, you have 11 actions that cost gold, and 7 attachments. 5 cost 2G, 2 cost 3G, 2 cost 4G, 2 cost 5G, 2 cost 7G, and the rest are probably going to cost more (a lot more for Hired Killers). With the other stronghold, it wouldn't be as big of a deal because any card you can't use or pay for becomes a kill card, with this one...it just seems clunky to me.
I'm not super familiar with your personalities, but they aren't exactly cheap are they? Have you ever considered taking out Kuon/Seat of Power for another Private Trader/power unique or 3rd Harkuo? Seems crazy, as I think Kuon is awesome (especially if you can get Brute Force), but I bet it would speed things up a lot. Personally, I would simply cut down on the fate cost. Iron Tetsubo and Unwavering Assault/Versatile Army probably. Maybe throw in another Caught in the Act and Ring of Air for anti-bow?
