Cleaning up the forums

Some of you may have a noticed I've pruned some of the chaff.

I moved L5R, Spoils, and World of Warcraft into the General CCGs. There may be a time when Spoils or L5R can get it's own thread again but just not now.

Also, I shifted a couple forums into the General War Games.

There are a couple newer forums that I'd like to get more behind. The Arts & Culture as well as Conventions. I'll start doing reviews of stupid stuff just to get into the spirit!
