CHC SEASON 8 WEEK 3 WRAP UPAll,
Week 3 has come to an end. Week 4 will begin on Monday the 14th and will come to an end on Sunday the 27th. Three teams moved to 3-0 at the close of week 3; Chris Kaufmann’s “Beard to Belt Buckle”, John Pauly’s “The Dark Side of the Moon of Endor” and Steve Groom’s “In Your Face Lyons!”. One team notched their first win of the season during week 3, Jason Burn’s “Pie-Rats” moved to 1-1-1 with their victory over “The Elves of Oz”. Very little death to report from this week, only two players met their demise during week 3. In fact both of these deaths occurred in the match between “Chaos Theory” and “Flea-Biten’”. “Chaos Theory” lost an unnamed and unskilled beastman, while “Flea-Biten’” lost Dirt, an unskilled lineman.
Just wanted to give everyone a reminder that this season we want the whole league to really focus on being good sports during their matches. Of course this means to try and maintain a positive attitude even in the face of a horrible match. However, it is also equally as important to remember to be a good sport when you are winning. As much as no one wants to hear someone complain while they are losing it is at least understandable. There is really no place for these kind of complaints when you are winning. We have a great group of coaches and these problems are not the norm but we still need to keep this in mind.
Good luck to everyone in week 4!

VT, I want a rematch! That was a great close game and I always look forward to our next match.
Well, going undefeated is out. Let's see if I can avoid .500 by upsetting Nate's Long Claw...if he isn't too scared to play!
