That particular software is one you pay a fee to use (a licensing fee), then you need someone to upload it and set it up - and you'd have to talk to the admin about whether he/she even wants other people having access to his site.
It's called OLBBM I think - made by a European person/company. |

It looks like a wordpress website. It wouldn't be too hard to figure out. Now you have me thinking too. I will talk to Jerod tomorrow. Might be somethings I can work out.
Nm, I just went and looked at the site it uses a lot of stuff close to wordpress, but you can get the downloads to make that for free. I am sure I could make one. |
