technically nothing. There is the crappy "gentlemen's agreement" that lets you have the better versions of things like Land Raiders and Storm Shields if your opponent lets you.
You could do one of three things:
Play as your pdf codex says.
Play as standard marines with the new codex.
Play with the "gentlemen's agreement" as mentioned above.
At any rate, when do you want to play, THAF?
