Because I'm boredand don't feel like working on my dissertation, I put together a Stark Winter Shadows deck. I can't build it yet because I don't have all of the cards, but let me know what you think.

i would try dropping; the long winter, one great keep, and one hungry mob(possibly both if gold is more important). then adding one bolton refugee.
kill for your king also seems like it would be great in this deck.

Gates of Winterfell seems like a must play with that many dudes.

Yea, Gates probably should go in this deck, although I wasn't sure with the shadow stuff how well it would work if the shadow cards come out right away, given that I don't have too many shadow cards and might want some in shadows.
Would dropping one great keep leave me with too little gold for the shadow stuff? I'm worried about the combination of winter + shadows to my income.
Kill for your King is a super nice card, but I'm only running one military battle plot. I should think about putting it in my other stark deck, though.
