Age of Empires III (the board game)

I just saw this game at a Barnes and Nobles and was wondering if anyone has played it before. The box looked really cool, and I'm a big fan of the PC game, but I'd like to hear some reviews before I dish out $50 for it.

If he has the game I am sure he would be willing to bring it in and play it one Wednesday night, it looks cool and I would also like to play it. The only thing I would ask that is you ask CHG to order it for you and support our local watering hole. In fact next week they are having a tax amnesty day, I plan on picking up a game or two.
