A Suggestion for the Warmachine/Hordes Escalation leagueI'd like to suggest that if we have a five week schedule, that the first two weeks either be set at 350 or 500, the second two weeks at 500 or 750, and the last week at 750 or 1000.
Points can be set at whatever level, but draws should be scored differently than wins or losses. A draw should be better than a loss and worse than a win.
Personally, I like the idea of taking the values out of the equation, and only escalate the points that games are worth. That way if Roger and I want to play Apocalypse level games all five weeks, we can.
Thats 4000 points or more, for the newbs.
Doing away with points values in all the escalation leagues might be the best way to get people more involved. Players with smaller armies can still compete and players with large collections can arrange larger games without going outside the league to do so.
