For everyone that missed out on the Mission Creek Festival we want to make sure that you don't miss out on what the corridor can do for you!

June 5-7 Iowa Arts Festival
July 3-5 Iowa City Jazz Festival

Arts Fest was a pleasant surprise this year. I went for 3 things and found all of them to be super sweet!

1) Yolanda's pork on a stick
- Seriously, greatest food EVER!
2) Smoothie mango smoothie
- Unbelieveable. I went on a smoothie pilgrimage last summer and nothing comes close to these bad boys!
3) Lipstick Homicide
- Like grrrl riot music? Than check out this three (sometimes four piece) band. Priemo! They are opening for House of Large Houses June 26th at the Mill. Seriously, be there.

Got to agree on all counts. I had both the Yolanda's and the Mango Smoothie this year myself! Unfortunately I couldnt make the Lipstick Homicide show, but I am a big fan. I'll try to make that show on the 26th.

Unfortunately did not make to the food this year, but you guys have to check out this artist. I found him at the Art Show last year and looked forward to seeing his work again this year. I firmly believe he should be doing artwork for cards and other games.
